How does the free trial work? +

Thirty days, full access — no card required to start. After day 30, Helo enters grace mode for another 30 days: I keep acknowledging your existing homeowners' messages so they're never left stranded, but I stop generating new touchpoints until you add a card. Add a card any time during those 60 days and full service resumes immediately, billing starts at $39/month plus $69 per closed deal. If day 60 passes without a card, your account winds down with a final message to your clients.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard whenever you want. Your subscription continues through the end of your current billing period — or your trial period, if you're still in it — and then ends. Activation fees for clients you've already added are non-refundable. After cancellation, your client data stays accessible to you, but no new outreach goes out.

How does my client get added to Helo? +

After a deal closes, you text Helo with the buyer's name, address, and closing date. Helo sends them a welcome message in your voice, gets their consent to receive texts, and starts managing the relationship from there. Today this works for buyer clients — sellers and pre-closing buyer support are on the roadmap.

Is this only for buyers, or does it work for sellers too? +

Today, Helo is built for post-closing buyer relationships — the moment after a buyer gets the keys, through the next two years of homeownership. That's where most realtors lose touch and lose referrals. Seller-side flows are coming next — listing-prep check-ins, post-listing nurture, just-sold celebration content. If you work mostly with sellers right now, Helo will be more useful when seller flows launch. If you work with both, your buyer relationships start working today.

Does Helo work for pre-closing buyers? +

Not yet. Helo's job today starts at closing — once your buyer has the keys, Helo manages the relationship for the next two years. Pre-closing buyer support (handling questions during search, tour, and contract phases) is a planned feature based on early realtor feedback. Today, your pre-closing buyers stay on whatever process you already use.

What's coming next? +

Three things on our near-term roadmap, in order: (1) seller-side flows — listing prep, post-listing nurture, just-sold marketing. (2) Pre-closing buyer support — answering common questions, helping buyers feel confident asking what they think are "stupid questions."
