After day 30, Helo enters grace mode for another 30 days: I keep acknowledging your existing homeowners' messages so they're never left stranded, but I stop generating new touchpoints until you add a card. Add a card any time during those 60 days and full service resumes immediately, billing starts at $39/month plus $69 per closed deal. If day 60 passes without a card, your account winds down with a final message to your clients.

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard whenever you want. Your subscription continues through the end of your current billing period — or your trial period, if you're still in it — and then ends. Activation fees for clients you've already added are non-refundable. After cancellation, your client data stays accessible to you, but no new outreach goes out.

After a deal closes, you text Helo with the buyer's name, address, and closing date. Helo sends them a welcome message in your voice, gets their consent to receive texts, and starts managing the relationship from there.
