1. Service Description

Helo provides post-sale client relationship management tools for real estate professionals, including automated touchpoint scheduling, message drafting, vendor recommendations, and client communication management.

2. Agent Responsibilities

Agents are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their clients before enrolling them in Helo's messaging services. Agents must comply with all applicable real estate licensing regulations including name and brokerage disclosure requirements. Agents must not use Helo to send discriminatory communications.

3. SMS Messaging Consent

Homeowners are added to Helo by their licensed real estate agent after a property closing. Homeowners do not self-register. Upon being added, a single welcome SMS is sent containing an activation link. No additional messages are sent until the homeowner explicitly opts in by visiting the activation page and tapping "Activate."

By opting in, homeowners consent to receive SMS messages from Helo on behalf of their agent, including home anniversary check-ins, maintenance reminders, vendor recommendations, and personalized follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Homeowners may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Text START or ACTIVATE to re-subscribe.

4. Vendor Recommendations

Helo provides vendor recommendations as a convenience only. PINGUL LLC is not responsible for the quality, licensing, or outcome of any third-party vendor services. Always verify that vendors are licensed and insured for your specific needs.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Helo does not guarantee any specific business outcomes including referrals or repeat business.

6. Limitation of Liability

PINGUL LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
