1. What Information We Collect

Agent information: Name, email, phone number, brokerage, communication style preferences.

Client information: Name, phone number, email, property address, personal details provided by agent, consent timestamp.

Usage data: Message logs, interaction history, touchpoint schedules and statuses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide post-sale assistant services to realtors, including generating personalized messages on behalf of agents, managing touchpoint schedules, and facilitating vendor recommendations.

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

Helo sends SMS messages to homeowners on behalf of their licensed real estate agent. Homeowners are added to Helo by their agent after a property closing. A single welcome SMS is sent with an activation link. No further messages are sent until the homeowner explicitly opts in by visiting the activation page and tapping "Activate."

After opting in, homeowners receive messages including check-ins, maintenance reminders, and agent follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on agent activity and touchpoint schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Text START or ACTIVATE to re-subscribe.

4. Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@heloapp.co or using the account deletion feature in Settings.

5. Demo Mode Data

Helo offers an interactive product demo (web at heloapp.co/demo and SMS by texting DEMO to our number). Demo conversations are separate from production accounts and follow this policy:

What we capture: for the SMS demo, the phone number you text from; for the web demo, an anonymous browser session identifier. In both cases, the conversation messages you exchange with the demo, the persona you select (homeowner or realtor), and message timestamps.

Retention: demo data is retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. We do not back demo data up to long-term storage.

How we use it: demo conversations are reviewed by Helo's founder to improve product quality (better drafts, tighter conversation flows, fewer awkward moments). They are not used for marketing, not shared with third parties, and not used to train external AI models.

Your rights: you can request immediate deletion of your demo data at any time by emailing hello@heloapp.co. Demo phone numbers can also reply STOP at any time to end the demo and remove themselves.
