1. What Information We Collect

Agent information: Name, email, phone number, brokerage, communication style preferences.

Client information: Name, phone number, email, property address, personal details provided by agent, consent timestamp.

Usage data: Message logs, interaction history, touchpoint schedules and statuses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide post-sale relationship management services, including generating personalized messages on behalf of agents, managing touchpoint schedules, and facilitating vendor recommendations.

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

Helo sends SMS messages to homeowners on behalf of their licensed real estate agent. Homeowners are added to Helo by their agent after a property closing. A single welcome SMS is sent with an activation link. No further messages are sent until the homeowner explicitly opts in by visiting the activation page and tapping "Activate."

After opting in, homeowners receive messages including check-ins, maintenance reminders, and agent follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on agent activity and touchpoint schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Text START or ACTIVATE to re-subscribe.

4. Data Retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@heloapp.co or using the account deletion feature in Settings.
